Our Community Carers are recruited based on the values they hold as people. We recruit our staff against a strict criteria which ensures that we recruit the right people who can demonstrate our core values. During the selection process we look for people who are passionate about helping others.
Each and every member of staff who works for our organisation undertakes thorough induction training and is assessed in practice in the community by a member of the management team.

On completion of our mandatory induction training our staff complete The Care Certificate. This a recognised and standardised induction qualification. The Care Certificate is made up of knowledge, practical skills and competency assessments and is vocationally assessed in practice. This assures us that our staff team are trained and competent to deliver high quality services at all times.
