Our approach to dementia care starts with you. We find out what is important to you, what you are able to do and what you would like to achieve from you package of care and support. We design a tailor-made package of support to meet your individual needs and preferences. Our Community Carers will help you to manage the symptoms of dementia so that you can stay in control of your daily life for as long as possible
