About Us
SNHC is a family run care provider offering specialised care service across South Northamptonshire for adults aged 18 and over and older people. We are a local care provider who have become specialist at providing reliable home care services in the rural South Northamptonshire area. We understand the challenges that rural life brings, particularly as people age and find daily life more difficult. Our team of Community Carers live locally and have excellent knowledge of the local area.
